Visit the Google Meet website to start a Google Meet call on a desktop. To begin a new meeting, click. If you aren't already logged in to your Google account, you will be asked to do so.
There is a waiting area there. Allow access to your webcam and microphone when your browser prompts you to do so for meet.google.com. Prepare yourself using the preview section, then click Join to get started.
A popup containing a link to share with others so they can join the call will appear. By selecting Meeting information in the bottom-left, you can revisit this at any moment.
Open the Google Meet app on your smartphone or tablet, then select New meeting to begin a Google Meet call. You can share the meeting invitation details to someone in another app by selecting Share from a pop-up window that appears.
